Refund and Returns Policy

At FESINTL CORP, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent service.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review the following refund and return guidelines carefully.


Return Authorization Required

All returns must be authorized in advance.

• Please contact us (see contact page) to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.


Return Policy

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original delivery date.

• Products must be unusedundamaged, and in their original packaging.

• The customer is responsible for freight charges for all returns.

(All return shipments must be prepaid by the customer. We do not accept collect or COD shipments.)

• A copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase must accompany the return.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Customized, special-order, or non-stock items

• Electrical components once installed

• Any item that has been used, altered, damaged, or is missing parts not due to our error

Note: We do not offer refunds for sale or clearance items.


Refund Processing

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed promptly. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

• Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days:

1. Check your bank account again.

2. Contact your credit card company — posting may take additional time.

3. Contact your bank.

4. If you have completed all these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [Insert your email address].


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking confirmation.
